Detailed race schedule and lane assignments will be sent out one week prior to the race via the official website and registration email.In the event of severe weather, a rain contingency plan will be activated (moving to an indoor pool or adjusting the competition schedule), and participants will be notified immediately via WhatsApp.

Do you provide proof of competition results?

Accepted Answer

All finishers will receive a certificate of achievement after the race. The top three finishers in each event will also receive a name-engraved medal and an advanced certificate of achievement.

If I register but am unable to participate, can I get a refund or transfer my registration?

Accepted Answer

No refunds will be given for late applications, but you may apply to transfer your spot.
