The children's group focuses on fun and hands-on experience, and there is no need to master the complete swimming style. Floats that meet safety standards will be provided on-site, and children may also bring their own commonly used floats (which must be checked and confirmed for safety by the coach).

Are there any restrictions on the number of events that can be entered in the children's and youth groups?

To ensure smooth competition and proper stamina distribution for athletes:
 • Children's category : Up to 3 individual events + 1 relay event
 • Junior category : Up to 4 individual events + 1 relay event

Question 4

How will the competition location and time be communicated? What should be done in case of severe weather?

• Detailed race schedule and lane assignments will be sent out one week prior to the race via the official website and registration email.
 • In the event of severe weather, a rain contingency plan will be activated (moving to an indoor pool or adjusting the competition schedule), and participants will be notified immediately via WhatsApp.

Do you provide proof of competition results?

All finishers will receive a certificate of achievement after the race. The top three finishers in each event will also receive a name-engraved medal and an advanced certificate of achievement.

Are parents or coaches allowed to enter the players' area during the competition?

Accepted Answer

To maintain order on the track and ensure the safety of the athletes:
 • Toddler Group : One parent or coach is allowed to accompany their child into the preparation area.
 • Other categories : Only certified coaches are allowed to enter the designated area; parents can watch the game from the spectator stands.

If I register but am unable to participate, can I get a refund or transfer my registration?
